We’re always looking for a deal, especially on video games and movies. Obviously this means we were out shopping this weekend. We hit up GameStop, Monster Games, a local pawn shop, Steam, and Best Buy. Steam’s deals were really hard to beat, but GameStop was pretty good too.
My favorite stop however was Monster Games. They specialize in selling older games and I love going in now and then to check out their new inventory of classic titles. We were able to get a PS3 game we’d been looking for, an awesome Sega game, and a few N64 games that I used to have.
My favorite game that we bought this weekend has to be RISK. Its really cool. I’ve always been a fan of board games and RISK has always been my favorite. In our collection of games the Sega Genesis has quite a large section. I was always a fan of the system and have owned 3 or 4 over the years. I knew a lot about their games as well but I had never heard of RISK. I definitely want to do some sort of a review on it in the future.
